Team-Based Obstacle Courses
A movement program where finishing together is the goal — not individual speed. Every challenge is built around teamwork. Students track their own progress in a personal performance diary. Led by Jean-Claude, Agility Program Director (M.Ed., M.S. Sports Administration).
Designed for non-athletic, anxious, and movement-avoidant kids.

Design a Sustainable Farm
Students become farmers, environmental scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs — designing, building, and managing a sustainable farm. Culminates in a community Farmers' Market.
Launch a Pizza Restaurant
Students design a full restaurant concept — menus, pricing, branding, food science, and budgets. Culminates in a Restaurant Expo presented to the community.
Build a Sustainable City
Students become architects, engineers, urban planners, and government leaders designing the city of the future. Culminates in a Future City Expo with scale models and full proposals.
